Here's how it works!
1:
Pick a floor plan from the menu on the Home page. When you find the floor plan you like print the floor plan for a worksheet.

Next click on City and from the list of cities write down the cost of the Building Permit, Sewer, and Water on your worksheet.
3:
Next click on Lot, choose the city where you want to build, and choose a lot to put your Dream Home on! Write down the price of the lot on your work sheet, the MLS #: (983-----), and give us a call to get started on building your Dream Home.
